Gregg Donato Gregg Donato is the Supervising Property Maintenance Inspector for the Town of East Hartford.  He has been working for over 30 years as a Housing Code Enforcement Official.  He oversees the Property Maintenance Division for the Town of East Hartford and handles all quality of life issues for tenants and property owners.  Gregg is married to Marie and has 3 children, Nicole, Michael and Lisa.  He is an avid sports enthusiast and coached various youth sports teams over the years.  He was named CAHCEO 2008 Housing Code Inspector  of the Year.
